Webhosting.net Acquires Hostunite Hosting |
Miami-based web hosting and Internet solutions provider acquires Hostunite.com of Las Vegas.
Webhosting.net Inc., a Miami-based web hosting and Internet solutions provider, today announced its acquisition shared web hosting provider Hostunite.com of Las Vegas.
By adding Hostunite's customers to its existing customer base, the company has signaled a change in its so far conservative expansion policies.
"Hostunite, having a large Small/Enterprise business base of shared-server hosting clients was a perfect target for aquisition," said Anton Resnick, Chief Operating Officer, Webhosting.net.
