EDS Appoints R. David Yost to Board of Directors |
EDS, a global technology services company, recently announced that it has appointed R. David Yost, Chief Executive Officer of AmerisourceBergen, a pharmaceutical services company, to its board of directors, effective October 19.
Yost, 58, has served as CEO of AmerisourceBergen since 2001. Previously, Yost served as Chairman and CEO of AmeriSource Health Corporation, which merged with Bergen Brunswig Corporation to form AmerisourceBergen.
