Collocation Solutions Renamed as Dataside |
Provider of managed network services and customized data center infrastructure, announces the official change of the company name to Dataside.
Collocation Solutions LLC, a provider of managed network services and customized data center infrastructure, announced the official change of the company name to Dataside.
The company began steps toward this transition when Collocation Solutions acquired COMDEPOT, a communications company offering network technology services via its innovative 'Virtual Core' architecture. This acquisition enabled the company to become a single source for businesses to meet all their needs for collocation, connectivity, WAN management, and network security.
The company adds that, as Dataside, this greater flexibility will allow the combined company to aggressively approach a much larger market segment, expanding the overall services available to their growing clientele. Dataside will deliver the multi-carrier connectivity, and secure network technology coupled with customized build-to-suit enterprise data center space.
The new company name will involve a complete shift in all of its identification and branding. CEO Jim deVenny said, "I am very pleased to usher in this new era for the company. When we acquired COMDEPOT we felt there was an identity problem with both company brands, as neither one could encompass the scope of what we really can offer to our clients." Jim continued, "Our intent with the move to Dataside is to evoke the correct perception for all our prospective customers, and deliver that singular prominent identity we felt was needed. This new brand offers innovative and complete business solutions to companies of all sizes."
