Windows Vista slow to adopt Monad Shell text interface tool |

Windows Vista, the desktop version of the forthcoming Windows âLonghornâ operating system, will ship without a feature that allows users to access the operating system via a text-based program rather than the traditional Windows graphical user interface. Windows Vista is expected to be out in the second half of 2006.
