Russia to urge Iran to resume nuclear talks with EU |

Russia will call on Iran to resume its talks with the European Union (EU) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Russia's federal nuclear agency chief Alexander Rumyantsev said on Tuesday.
