comScore Media Metrix has released its July
measurements of search traffic. A few interesting items:
- Google still leads in market share, with about 36 percent of queries, while Yahoo! owns about 30 percent. the gap
is closing.
- MSN leads all engines in year-over-year market growth.
- Yahoo! Toolbar generates about 50 percent of toolbar-initiated searches, more than other toolbars.
