11/7/2005 11:43:26 AM - NVIDIA just annouced the immediate availability of their 6800 GS GPU. This joins a star line up of GeForce 6 series GPU's that set world records. This card is NVIDIA's response to ATI's X1600 graphics card. What strikes me as surprising is that NVIDIA is using old architecture to compete with ATI's latest. Is this really a wise move on NVIDIA's part or is ATI's X1600 not as good as we are expecting it to be., |
