New Anti-Spam Tactic: Charge 'em
Yahoo and AOL will begin charging a voluntary fee to the senders of bulk e-mail. Companies who choose to participate will be guaranteed that their e-mail will bypass junk mail filters and go directly to the recipient's inbox.
