Intel Opens 65nm, 300mm Manufacturing Facility |

11/2/2005 8:44:15 PM - Intel is already preparing for the launch of the Presler 65nm CPU's with the conversion and re-opening of a leading-edge 65nm, 300mm high volume wafer manufacturing facility. This facility is now one of five Intel facilities manufacturing the 300mm wafers and cost an approximate $2 billion US over 18 months to convert. |
