Preview bubbles are good things; they save time in high-traffic Inboxes. Gmail offers one-line snippets next to
every message header, but they are often insufficient. Miahi Parparita, who works at Google but developed this project
independently, has created right-click-activated
message preview bubbles for Gmail. You
need Greasemonkey v0.5 on your machine.
It’s worth noting that the new Google Desktop, released
today, provides an email alert widget in the Sidebar that previews entire emails in a slide-out panel that closely
resembles a bubble. It’s smooth and effective.
