Solano County geared up for an avian flu or bioterrorism attack Wednesday with a test of its ability to vaccinate a mass of people quickly. More than 260 people filed through Exposition Hall at the Solano County Fairgrounds to receive free flu shots designed to protect against this season's regular flu virus.
