Ex-Tyco execs sentenced to prison, fines |
|
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Dennis Kozlowski and Mark Swartz, former top Tyco International Ltd. executives who were found guilty of stealing more than $150 million from the company, were each sentenced on Monday to 8-1/3 to 25 years in prison. |
