PALO ALTO, CA (MARKET WIRE) Nearly 50 percent of European-based companies have no Marketing Performance Measurement (MPM) system in their organizations, according to the Measures + Metrics European research findings revealed today by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council.
